Christmas Delivery Update

We advise that any orders containing Christmas presents are placed before 5pm on 21st December for all delivery options.

Please be aware that someone will need to be present at the delivery address in order to take delivery. If not, you may miss delivery and may not receive your order in time for Christmas.

Delivery Costs For Online Orders

We offer free delivery for orders of £20 or more (unfortunately, shipping costs do not count against the £20 total).

Standard Delivery (Hermes) orders up to £20 = £2.50

Standard Delivery (Hermes) orders of £20 or more = FREE

Hermes Next Working Day Delivery = £6.00

DPD Next Working Day Delivery = £6.00

Delivery Times for Online Orders

Once payment has been processed we aim to ship all orders within two (2) working days of receipt. From dispatch please allow around 3–5 working days for delivery.

Please note the cut off time for Next Working Day Delivery is 17:00. Any order placed after 17:00 will be dispatched the following working day.

Working days for us are Monday to Friday (not including UK Bank / Public Holidays).

Please note, we do not despatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.


We offer the option of using Hermes or DPD. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us to let you know. You will then receive an email from your chosen courier to confirm when delivery will be attempted.

PLEASE NOTE: although drivers are delivering goods contact-free, you will still need to be present at your address to receive your order unless you make other arrangements directly with the courier service (set your “leave in a safe space” settings, etc.).

Amending An Order

Unfortunately, we are unable to change/amend your order (either address & contact details or product selection) once you place your order, sorry.

Refunds & Returns

Missing Orders

Please contact us straight away if your order does not arrive when it should. You should quote your order number and we will find out what happened to it and get it to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately we cannot replace orders where the delivery address has been entered incorrectly by the person placing the order.

Missing Items

Please contact us immediately if your order is missing any products. We’ll find out what happened to your order within three (3) working days and we’ll get them to you as soon as possible or give you the option of a full refund of the missing items.

Returns Policy And Refunds

You may return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us quoting your order number and return requirements.
