Full Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. So that we are completely fair, anyone professionally connected with this Promotion is not allowed to enter.
2. You need to buy a Bulldog Energising Sheet Mask to take part in this Promotion. You will also need internet access and a valid Instagram account.
3. Promotion Period: You can enter between 12.00 BST (midday) on the 8^th July 2019 and 23.59 BST on the 21^st July 2019.
4. To Enter: Log into your Instagram account (or create one for free), follow @bulldogskincare then upload a picture of yourself wearing a Bulldog Skincare Energising Sheet Mask on your face (as directed on pack) with #DoYouEvenMaskBro and @bulldogskincare to be entered into the competition.
5. Please make sure your profile is set to public, so we can see your entry and contact you if you’re selected as a winner. You must be following @bulldogskincare at the time of judging to be in with a chance of winning.
6. Only use your Bulldog Energising Face Mask as directed on pack. Our products should only be used on humans, your dog is gorgeous enough already.
7. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and we won’t accept any liability for any entries that we can’t read, that are not complete or that are late.
8. Maximum of 2 unique entries per person during the Promotion Period.
9. The Prizes: 3 winners will each win one of the following prizes:

a. 1^st Place Prize: £2,000 cash prize (sent via BACS transfer) and a year’s supply of Bulldog Skincare. The winner can select 36 products in total from our website.

b. 2^nd Place Prize: £1,000 cash prize (sent via BACS transfer) the brand-new Bulldog Energising Range, including moisturiser, face wash, face scrub, eye roll on and sheet mask.

c. 3^rd Place Prize: £500 cash prize (sent via BACS transfer) and the brand-new Bulldog Energising Range, including moisturiser, face wash, face scrub, eye roll on and sheet mask.

10. Winner Selection: So that our winners are judged fairly, all valid entries received during the Promotion Period (subject to moderation) will be independently judged by PromoVeritas within 5 working days from the close of the Promotion Period to select 50 shortlisted entries based on the following criteria:

a. Use of the Bulldog Energising Sheet mask on their face as directed on pack (Max 10 points).

b. Creative (Max 10 points).

c. Fun (Max 10 points).

d. Entertaining (Max 10 points).

e. On-brand presence (Max 10 points).

The 50 shortlisted entries will then be judged by us within 10 working days from the close of the Promotion Period based on the same criteria to choose our top 3 entries that will win the Prizes.

11. Contacting the Winners: If you are a lucky winner, we will contact you, via a direct message to the Instagram account that you used on entry, within 15 working days from the close of the Promotion Period and you will need to get back to us with 14 working days to confirm your prize. If we do not hear from you within 14 days after first being contacted by us, we will sadly have to disqualify you and award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner (although reserve winners may have less time to respond).
12. Moderation: We can’t accept any entries that we think:

a. contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could reflect negatively our name, reputation, or goodwill or any brand partner;

b. defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to us (including our partners);

c. are in breach of Instagram’s terms of use;

d. promotes any political agenda.

13. If you are a winner, we will contact you within 28 days of accepting the Prize to arrange delivery of your Prize.
14. If you are a winner, then you agree to take part in reasonable publicity surrounding the promotion and for your surname and county of residence to be published in a winners list. You may object to your surname being published in our winners list or request to reduce the amount of information being published.
15. We’re sorry, but the Prizes cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for cash or anything else. If for any reason a Prize is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of greater or equal value.
16. Things happen that are out of our reasonable control or expectation: computer viruses, network failures, bugs, fraud, technical failures etc. If something like this occurs and it affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or to disqualify anybody we reasonably believe to have been involved or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
17. When you enter this Promotion, you give permission for us to use your entries, for up to one year for promotional purposes from the date of entry. You will retain your copyright but agree to us publishing your entries on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other social media platforms.
18. We also believe in fair play. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be disqualified.
19. Unfortunately, if you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) we won’t be liable for this, other than that suffered for death or personal injury which is a direct result of our negligence.
20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond our reasonable control and which prevents us from sticking with these Terms & Conditions we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations.

22. If you want to know who has won just send an email to thebulldog@bulldogskincare.com with “Bulldog Insta Facemask WL” in the subject line. This is available for 8 weeks following the end of the Promotion Period.
23. If any clauses of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the validity of the remainder of the clauses.
24. By entering this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions are the ones that will count.
26. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
